After earning a degree in Communications and Psychology from Villanova University, Molly spent over 20 years as a strategist in the advertising, media, and tech industries, working with companies like NBC News and Meta. Her firsthand experience opened her eyes to the industry's inner workings, sparking a heartfelt commitment to use media as a way to foster more awareness, understanding, and empathy. Molly’s work has been recognized in The New York Times and she’s been honored with Cannes Lions awards. She has studied creative writing with Myla Goldberg at the 92nd Street Y and Joelle Hann, the Brooklyn Book Doctor.

Molly currently lives in Saratoga Springs, NY, where she is a board member of Planned Parenthood. The Circuitry We Share is her first novel.
